Hi my heARTs! I’m Shawnick Rodriguez, an artist known as Art by SIR, based in the city of Brotherly Love. I’m a proud Puerto Rican visual artist who creates bold, expressive works that celebrate culture, identity, and heritage.

My artistry spans across wearable art; such as jewelry, hats, and hand painted jeans, as well as canvas paintings and large scale murals. Deeply inspired by Puerto Rican culture and the vibrancy of Latin communities, my work reflects pride, resilience, and storytelling through color, texture, and personal symbolism.

Art by SIR was born from my passion to inspire others through creativity and authenticity. By sharing my story beyond the canvas, I hope to encourage others to embrace their roots, their ethnicity and everything that makes them who they truly are.
